Preaching Tip
On Sunday the One-Year lectionary has us proclaim, "Therefore when you see the 'abomination of desolation,' spoken of by Daniel..." (Matt. 24:15)
Please note, Jesus did not say "the Obama-nation of desolation."

That's part of the reason why I'm doing Luke this year, part of the reason why.
I thought it was funny, dear. And unlike Jesus, John McCain advised us NOT to run for the hills. God have mercy on our country.
